BOXPLAN system pins for stripping are usable with and without lower pins – dynamical and solid. Optimal for efficient and machine converting.
There are 4 types of pin heads available:
- Pins with flat and countersunk heads are usable with lower pins
- Pins equipped sharp points for dynamical stripping without lower pins
- Special pin with one center point for bee’strip technology (pat. pend. stripping system of BOXPLAN)

bee’strip is a patented stripping system from BOXPLAN. With bee’strip dynamical stripping will be more successful. Especially small, narrow or long waste can be stripped in a controlled way without using wear-prone moving parts. The upper stripping form can be produces automatical DIGIsetter or EASYsetter by using special pin. A simple predeterminated cutting point is incorporate into the waste piece. The tip of the special pin SD30 penetrates into this predetermined cutting point. After 3mm the shoulder of SD30 comes up against the waste and forces it through the stripping board.
These stripping forms are extremely well suitable for all high modern speed die cutters as well all older die cutters from all manufacturers.

A simple predeterminated cutting point is incorporate into the waste piece. The tip of the bee’pusher BP51-03) penetrates into this predetermined cutting point.
